If you have a mailing list of people you have to send to frequently, NotionMail supports subscriber lists right inside of Notion.

First up, your Notion workspace needs to be connected to our NotionMail integration. This is done with just a few clicks — make sure you give access to the page with your subscriber list. 🚧

Grab the link from your subscriber list database page. The emails in your database should be in a column with the Email property. Check out this template to use if you’re stuck! 🔗

<aside> 🔥 To protect the data of your subscribers, you can keep the page private — as long as the NotionMail integration has access to it, you’re all set!

Then in the Mailing Lists tab in NotionMail, you can give your list a name and connect the link + field with your subscribers. 👥

When you’re ready to send an email, choose your new Mailing List + watch as the recipients are auto-magically filled in. 🪄
